Here are instructions on how to use the app to get the most out of your training.
After downloading the app, browse thru your home screen. Here you will find links to upload pictures, Tasks, Food List, Schedule, a Timer, your Profile, a link to message me, and your Profile. Go into your profile and fill out your basic information.

You can reorganize your home screen icons by tapping the "Edit" button on the top right and dragging/dropping the selected icon down to the bottom of the screen. The app is preset with a Workouts Tab, Progress Chart, Exercise List and Diets Tab.
You will be utilizing the Workouts Tab and Exercise List the most so let's dive into how to use those more specifically.
